1. Digital Products (LUTs, Templates, Assets)

Instant Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link immediately. Additionally, you can access your downloads via your customer account (if registered).

Shipping Costs: There are no shipping costs for digital products worldwide.

2. Physical Goods (Optional)

If you order physical products (e.g., hard drives, prints, or equipment), the following conditions apply:

Shipping Areas: We currently ship to Germany and the European Union (EU). For international inquiries outside the EU, please contact us directly.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination. The exact price will be clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time within Germany is 3–5 business days. Within the EU, it is 5–10 business days. These are estimates and not legally binding.

3. Service Providers

For physical shipments, we work with reliable partners such as DHL, UPS, or DPD. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable provider for your location.

4. Customs and Duties

For international shipments outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
